Whole home remodeling covers a wide range, since every house and every wish list is different. The number of rooms, material selections, and any structural changes all shape the final figure. Rather than throw out a vague estimate, we walk through your home, learn your priorities, and build a detailed written plan with clear pricing.

That approach helps you make smart choices about where to invest and where to save, so your budget goes toward the things that matter most to you. As a trusted, local general contractor, we believe a remodel of this size calls for total transparency, and that is exactly what you get from our team.

In many cases, yes. Whether you can comfortably remain in your home depends on the scope of your remodeling project, the areas being renovated, and your family's lifestyle. Many kitchen remodels, bathroom renovations, home additions, and phased remodeling projects can be carefully planned to allow homeowners to continue living in their home while construction is underway. For larger whole-home renovations involving multiple living spaces or extensive utility work, we may recommend temporarily relocating to minimize disruption and help the project progress more efficiently.

Every home and every remodeling project is unique, so the timeline depends on the size of the home, the scope of work, material selections, permit requirements, and any unforeseen conditions discovered during construction. While smaller renovations may be completed in a few months, a comprehensive whole home remodel typically takes 4 to 8 months from the start of construction, with larger luxury renovations or projects involving structural changes often requiring additional time. Before construction begins, we'll develop a detailed project schedule and keep you informed throughout every phase, ensuring your remodel stays organized, transparent, and focused on delivering exceptional results.
