His 15+ years of experience in the construction industry spans a wide range of market sectors, from phased renovations to ground-up construction. His experience in planning, scheduling, engineering, and estimating complex construction projects makes him a valuable member and senior team leader. He cultivates a strong team atmosphere that is focused on growth, quality, and excellent customer service. Mario enjoys discovering new places and cultures, savoring a good wine with friends, and constantly seeking out new challenges.
Belén Soria
Office ManagerBelén is a dedicated, enthusiastic, and confident leader who manages F&M's office. Her assertive communication and organizational strategies hold each aspect of F&M together. Belén is known for bringing out the best in his team members. She enjoys getting to know each person's individual needs and abilities, and she uses this knowledge to help them reach their full potential. When she is not working, Belén enjoys outdoor activities and exercise.
Andrea Campos
Operations & Finance CoordinatorAndrea serves as F&M's Operations & Finance Coordinator, bringing a unique blend of organizational expertise and problem-solving skills to the team. Her attention to detail and analytical mindset make her an invaluable resource behind the scenes. When she's not at work, you'll find Andrea exploring a new hiking trail, trying out different cuisines, or experimenting with a new recipe at home. She loves discovering new flavors and experiences, and that same enthusiasm carries over into everything she does at F&M.
Esteban Regla
Senior Project ManagerBehind his smiling face and happy personality, Esteban hides a wealth of knowledge in the construction and remodeling industry. As one of the top project managers with F&M, Esteban takes on lots of work and brings results to the table. When he's outside of work, Esteban enjoys spending time on the baseball field and cheering for Messi while watching Argentina tear up the football field.
Rodrigo Tellez
Project ManagerIf there's a challenge to solve, Rodrigo is ready to tackle it. As a Project Manager at F&M, he helps coordinate projects, support clients, and keep everything moving in the right direction. His strong work ethic, positive mindset, and dedication to learning have helped him quickly become an important part of the team. When he's away from the job site, Rodrigo enjoys making the most of his free time by hitting the hiking trails, working out at the gym, getting lost in a good book, or sharpening his strategic thinking over a game of chess.
Julius Ayoola
Growth LeadJulius is F&M's Growth and Marketing Lead, responsible for expanding the company's digital presence and connecting homeowners with F&M's services. With a strong background in digital marketing, content creation, and brand development, he combines creativity with strategy to showcase the quality of F&M's work across multiple platforms. His efforts help strengthen brand awareness, generate leads, and highlight the craftsmanship behind every project. He enjoys building relationships with clients and finding innovative ways to communicate the value of F&M's services. When he's not working, Julius enjoys staying active, spending time with family and friends, and pursuing his passion for investigative journalism and storytelling.
Rosie Esper
Business Development ManagerAs Business Development Manager at F&M Construction & Remodeling, Rosie is always looking for ways to improve efficiency, strengthen operations, and help each department become more successful and profitable. She enjoys finding creative solutions, refining processes, and helping the team work smarter across the board. Outside of work, you can find Rosie exploring the outdoors, searching for wildlife, finding tasty sushi, or participating in the occasional random shenanigans. Most importantly, she loves spending time being Auntie to the all the kiddos in her life.
